摘要:本文研究了缺陷涂层在不同水质的饮用水模拟溶液中的腐蚀机理,分别采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和EDS能谱仪对腐蚀产物的形貌和成分进行了分析。结果表明,在含Ca2+较多的溶液中,缺陷处形成致密的水垢,延缓涂层的阴极剥离进程,并在水垢附近形成双层锈结构;在含Ca2+较少的溶液中,垢的生长受到限制,无法起到保护作用,缺陷处布满黄锈,并且起泡现象严重。

Effects of the quality of drinking water on the corrosion mechanism of defected coating

Abstract:The corrosion mechanism of defected coating were studied in synthetic drinking water with different composition. The morphology and composition of corrosion products were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS)。 The results show that the sample immersing in the solution containing more Ca2+ were protected by scale deposit covering the defect, which delayed the process of cathodic delamination. In the solution containing less Ca2+, the coating blistered around the defect because of the loose accumulation of the corrosion products.
