RT quantitative detection method for corroded holes of multilayered cylinder
The invention relates to a detection method for a multilayered cylinder. A quantitative detection method for corroded holes of the multilayered cylinder comprises the steps of preparing a test block referring to the material and thickness of a material object, and making defects of butterfly-shaped pits of different diameters and depths and through holes inside the test block; transilluminating the test block prepared in the above step by using Ir192 gamma-ray and X-ray separately, wherein the performance standard is JB/T4730 'nondestructive testing of pressure equipment', and the quality of negative film is equal to or higher than grade A, and determining transillumination technological parameters of the rays adopted according to test results; and determining quantitative evaluation criteria for the defects; detecting the to-be-detected object firstly by using the Ir192 gamma-ray to determine the position of a defect, and then detecting the to-be-detected object by adopting the determined transillumination technological parameters by using the X-ray, and quantitatively determining the layer number of a laminate where the defects reach by using the quantitative evaluation criteria for the defects. According to the method, the layer number of the laminate that a corroded hole has developed to can be determined quantitatively and accurately.
本发明涉及多层筒体检测方法。一种多层筒体腐蚀孔洞类缺陷的定量检测方法,它包括下列步骤,参照实物的材质和厚度制作试块,内部制造不同直径和深度的蝶形凹坑和贯穿孔缺陷;分别用Ir192γ射线和X射线对步骤一制作得试块进行透照,执行标准JB/T4730《承压设备无损检测》,底片质量A级以上,根据试验结果确认所采用的射线的透照工艺参数;确定缺陷定量评判标准,先用Ir192γ射线,采用确定的透照工艺参数对待测物进行检测,初步确定待测物缺陷位置;再用χ射线,采用确定的透照工艺参数对待测物进行检测,并利用缺陷定量评判标准定量判定缺陷达到层板的层数。本发明能定量准确判断腐蚀孔洞发展到第几层层板。
